You're so welcome! I think readers like you and Andy who've read the series a bunch of times will get the most from all the "unsaid" stuff going on.

Ooooh, lovely, thank you so much!!!

Just finished Camp Hell last night (for the second time), and cannot wait to read this short. Thank you! Hope you're feeling better :)

Oh boy, I love re-reads! That always makes me think I've done something right.

If you enjoy the short, I'd love it if you went back and gave it a rating. Thanks!

I am so excited to get home to download this! I won Property at reviewsbyJessie not long ago, which you signed-Thank you!-and yet, being me, I managed to spill coffee on it. *sigh* I swear, I'm like a female version of Vic, except for the gay man cop psych thing. But if I can spill something on myself, I will. And all his insecurities...it's like you read my dairy. *lol* It's quickly become one of my all time fav series!

Anyway, I bought the whole series after that and just finished the other night. I've been dying to get inside Jacob's head. With someone so confident and self assured it makes you wonder how they see themselves and the people around them, especially someone like Vic.

Consider me a lifelong reader and fan. :D Thank you!!

I can't stop smiling about this! Seriously, you have the best copy of Property ever. Signed, and christened.

Vic would hug you. And he's not a huggy kind of guy. It'd probably be a brusque, one-armed hug wearing a winter coat, but he'd still recognize a kindred spirit.

If you enjoy the short, I'd love it if you went back and gave it a rating. Thanks! (I probably sound like a broken record but I'm gonna start asking everyone who read it.)

YAY, you're so welcome!! I figured I should tide readers over between novels. And it gave me an excuse to make a Jacob cover.

If you enjoy the short, I'd love it if you went back and gave it a rating. Thanks!

Thank you! I've wanted a story from his POV.

You're very welcome! Jacob has a lot of fans, so writing him was a pretty safe bet. (Whether I could do him justice was the question.)

If you enjoy the short, I'd love it if you went back and gave it a rating. Thanks!

Thank you for Jacob. ^__^ He's easily one of my favorites...so yummy. I'm definitely looking forward to more of him in PsyCop 6.

Thank you again and I hope you're having a great holidays!

You're so welcome! He's got a big part in PsyCop 6. Probably similar face time to Secrets and Camp Hell.

If you enjoy the short, I'd love it if you went back and gave it a rating. Thanks!

How wonderful to get a glimpse of Jacob! I love those guys. Thank you.

Yay, I'm so happy you enjoyed it! Working on Stroke of Midnight has made my PsyCop 6 work go even smoother, too. Probably because I'm understanding Jacob better.

You're so welcome. I think writing that big of a span from his POV will probably inform the rest of the series--so, yay!

The Stroke of Midnight
I really enjoyed it -- thank you. My only comment was that it was too short! I love your PsyCop stories and am hoping there will be a new one soon? Please, please, please?

Re: The Stroke of Midnight
Glad you liked it! I'm working on PsyCop 6 now.

Is there a chance that the psycop shorts might be collected in paperback someday? (don't have an e-reader, only just finished camp hell, loved it so much had to reread entire series)
Jan. 18th, 2010 10:03 pm (UTC)
Hi! I love to hear when someone does a re-read. That's so gratifying because there's so much m/m out there but you liked mine enough to read it again.

Yes, I have thought about putting the PsyCop shorts in an anthology. I don't think I have enough quite yet to make a book. I'd probably want to put a bonus (non-ebook) story in there as a treat.

I feel like I've fallen behind in getting paperbacks out. I'm determined to remedy that this year ;-)

I think Hemovore is coming out soon (Samhain.) I forget exactly when.
