December JCP News

It's newsletter time! This month I've got a fun PsyCop/Channeling Morpheus feature about who bought what for Christmas. Who's a good shopper? You may be surprised.

And don't miss the announcement about the latest Lanyon/Price project!

Excellent newsletter!
So many goodies in it. I look forward to the joint project and the freebie! For some reason, I think Crash would be a good gift shopper.

I think Crash has good days and bad days. Sometimes he's spot-on, and sometimes he gives gifts that have a little dig implicit in the giving. Consumerism is a love/hate thing for him as a retailer. Probably as a Buddhist, too.

I adore Crash and can see him having his good days and bad days.

I'm intrigued about the joint project.

And mmmm... Jacob is looking sharp!

And I adore Crash, too. I secretly want the three of them to get together. Guess it's not secret anymore, but oh well. It's a superficial wish. I know Vic and Jacob are perfect for each other.

Yeah, baby, Jacob's ready to go out and do something James Bond-ish in that suit of his. Mrow.

I adore Crash too. I need to write another gratuitous Crash short.

I don't think Vic would be that insulted if Jacob wanted to get him a suit. I doubt he'd want to take very long for the fitting, though. So many good things in the newsletter this month.

I realized I should have put one Christmas shopping essay and then a link to the rest so I could gauge how interesting (or not) readers found it. Live and learn.

Agreed, Vic wouldn't have taken offense. I'm not even sure he'd care how long the fitting took; it's not like he has any hobbies he wants to get back home to. I like the way this shows that Jacob gives him the "kid glove" treatment more than he knows. Jacob's always consciously trying to keep from undermining Vic.

gosh, i love reading what Jacob and Victor were thinking for christmas presents. i just finished "camp hell" this morning and i'm in love with your PsyCop series. definitely one of my favorite on-going series ...

Thanks! I think what I liked about Jacob's was how unsure he actually is sometimes when he appears outwardly to be so damn confident. Really glad you're enjoying the series :D
