But wait, there's more

Yes, just when you thought I've said all I could possibly say in an interview, I say even more! Click here for part 2.

And in the comments, too.

It just keeps going. I guess I'm my favorite subject!

Loved the interview!
Would love a part 3 ;o)

Ah, well, all some intrepid blogger needs to do is ask me. I'm notoriously slow-moving and easy to find ;-)

Well, let's hope someone does!
I'd volunteer but I wouldn't have a clue what to ask ;o)

Hey! I got mentioned! :D Loved the interview, but am sad there will be only 7 Psycop novels. (Then again, if you wrote 30 of them, I'd probably still want more...)

Yay! My first newsletter reader!

I think I can say what I need to say in 7 books. We'll see!

I left a comment that I'm waiting for part 3. This interview has my interview with Josh Lanyon beat by at least 1000 words.:)

Hey, wait a minute, he did TWO big, long interviews. Surely he was wordier than I was...

He's got another one coming up in December but that's special - it's Jake's and Adrien's goodbye interview. *g*

When Vic and Jacob are finally retired I'll do one like it with you so that you can talk about what it's like to put your boys out to pasture.

Haven't read your interview because I am about a third of the way through Camp Hell.

OMG!!! I love your books. I love Vic! And Jacob! I devoured the first four. It was like reading the perfect slash story.

Okay, I'll stop. I am gushing like a mindless fangirl. But seriously, your stories are amazing and wonderful. I love your characters so much.

I went on line to see if I could find out any scoop about when more of the Psycops universe might be coming and found out that you are on LJ. Perfect. Just perfect.

I have been reading all the psycops books so devoutly that they have kept me from reading in my own fandom for days. That hasn't happened in years.

Once I finish Camp Hell, I am going to gush about your novels on my LJ. I think everyone on my flist would love to read your books.

Do you mind if I friend you?

Yay, a new reader! Are you kidding? I'd love it if you friended me.

There will be a sneak peek at PsyCop 6 in my next newsletter.

Don't worry, your fandom will be there waiting for you when you're done reading PsyCop. I'll bet it writes a lot faster than me XD

(Unless I can lure you into my Channeling Morpheus series. That's about 200,000 words....)

Thanks so much for the kind words!

Wow. I just finished Camp Hell. I'm going to be ruined for work tomorrow because it is now midnight and I haven't even started prepping my lecture, but pulling an all-nighter is totally worth it.

The book was great. And I loved the ending.

And I love knowing that there are two more novels coming in this 'verse. I am so happy!

I will definitely be checking out your other books but that will have to wait a bit. I want to just have time to keep Vic and Jacob in my head. You created such a great original character in Vic. I adore him. Not as much as Jacob adores him, but still...

I am just so happy to have discovered your work!

I adore the idea that you're savoring the characters in your head.

And I'm so sorry I kept you awake on a work night. Drat. You seem very calm and collected about that dreaded word "lecture" so I'm guessing it's not a panic-inducer for you to speak in public, like it is for me.

The last public presentation I gave, someone spotted a typo in my not-yet-live webpage and interrupted me two sentences into my talk to point it out. Thanks so very much.

I talked about your books in my class today! I am a philosophy professor and today's lecture was on the use of miracles and mystical experiences as a way of proving the existence of God. So I used the whole bit about how you can't really test a medium unless you have independent evidence from another medium and then you have to just go with consensus as evidence that what the medium is telling you is really there!

I've taught for so many years that screwing up doesn't really faze me. Yesterday I was teaching feminist ethics and we were talking about the abortion debate and how you can get pregnant even while using birth control and even without penetration since the sperm can move quite a ways on its own. And one of my students pointed out that one can get pregnant even without ejaculation occuring. And I said, oh, yeah, cause there is sperm in the pre-cum. And then I froze, because, really, isn't pre-cum a bit crude? My students very politely suggested that really, I should probably say pre-ejaculate instead. I said that I read so much fanfic and so much of it was porn, that I was just too comfortable with terms like pre-cum. A few of my students got kinda big-eyed at that, but most of them just laughed.

Anyway, am now going back and reading the first book again, now that I know so many of the secrets!
