by Jordan Castillo Price

available now at Changeling Press

Summary

Wild Bill and Michael might have thought they made it out of the subterranean vampire nest unscathed, but in her anger, Silk left Michael a taste of her wrath that's impossible to shake.

It's a race against time to cure Michael of a bizarre affliction, and though the hunter and his favorite vamp have few enough friends, Bill can't ash a cigarette without burning another bridge. Now Wild Bill must decide what he's willing to sacrifice to save his lover.

His friends? His scruples? His pride?

His humanity?

Awwww. I know an author can't write a pairing forever, but I'm sad to see this series end. I really love both of these guys. And Josh is ending Adrien this year, too! And I think Syd McGynley is finishing up on the Dr. Fell tales. I can't take it!!!

Well, there is at least another PsyCop to look forward to, yes?

Just went over and bought. Thanks for writing these. I've not read a whole lot of vampire genre, but boy, will I miss Michael & Wild Bill.

Yes, never fear, I'm thinking two more PsyCop novels. Then Josh and I have a shared universe project we'll be working on very soon. :D

Elixir
I am putting off this purchase. If I don't buy it, I can't read it and the story won't end...Of course I only have so much willpower. I'll give in by Sat. Thank you so much for writing this series. I can't wait to see what you come up with next. Dlee

Re: Elixir
Apparently my subconscious was thinking if I didn't write it, it wouldn't end. This was a brutal one to finish!

But as much as i want to read I also don't. It will be sad to see it end.

I still have to read Sweet Oblivion 3 and 4 I think. So, for me, the series won't be ending anytime soon. YAY!!

Hi Jordan,
It is sad to hear the last of Wild Bill and Michael, although this book did a spectacular end of the series tale.
Wild Bill was more vulnerable in this book, and the sex was beautiful. I loved the closing scene and his care of Michael. Off to read the full ten books back to back.
Congratulations on another brilliant book.

Elixir
I just wanted to thank you for a beautiful ending to the series. I put off reading for as long as I could because I didn't want it to end. But curiosity got the better of me. At least I still have pyscop to look forward to. Dlee
