Winner - Not Winner

Hooray, Elaine claimed the paperbacks she won in my December newsletter. I hope you got them in time for Christmas, Elaine!

The winner of Channeling Morpheus: Rebirth was not so lucky.

The prizes I seed in my newsletter are the flagrant attempt I can think of to get subscribers to read them. Subscribe. Read. Win. Easy!

In 2009, I'll give away an ebook of the winner's choice in each and every newsletter, and probably more stuff as it occurs to me. (Are people interested in winning galley copies of my paperbacks? I've got a boatload sitting here...for PsyCop: Property at least. I had to go through a lot of printer issues before I felt I'd gotten it right.)

Click here to sign up for JCP News. It comes out the 15th of every month, with 3-4 articles, a serialized story, and the most current links to my stories.

I'm all for winning anything done by you I think I would like to see something autographed up for grabs. ^___^

I agree with emthornhill, anything up for grabs is fine by me. I have no idea what a galley copy is but I'd want one ;o)
I also agree something autographed would be great as well.

LOL -- a galley copy is a sample of the book that you get prior to the printing, and it has "proof" stamped in back, and may have errors in it. I have some with really bad type issues (and those, I wouldn't send, as they're unreadable) but some others where I didn't like the margins or things like that.

There's a con I go to where they sell galleys for $1. (I guess you can't technically "sell" them, but there's $1 suggested donation.) I dunno how many galleys big presses put out or where they all eventually go.
