PsyCop: Property sneak preview

Psycop: Property is here! Well, mostly. There's still some weirdness that's causing it to not show up at Amazon, which hopefully will get cleared up by the time my September newsletter goes out. But if you don't want to wait for Amazon, you can get it here right now! And I'll even throw in a dollar-off coupon to defray the shipping cost! Enter Z8Z4AM7M for your discount.

I will give away a set of PsyCop: Property and PsyCop: Partners to three people who are on my JCPNews mailing list, one each in September, October and November. The catch? You have to open up the newsletter and see if you've won! (Don't worry, I won't bury the announcement or anything. I just want people to open up the newsletters and at least glance at 'em.)

I will send you a copy for blurbing me! (I'll let you know when I get the batch I ordered)

And you're really fast today...dang! I wasn't even through cross-posting to MySpace :D

!!!!!!!!!!! You're AWESOME and I adore you. :D

Heh, I just finished the first draft of a very short story AND have more than an hour before the kids come home. I'm fast because I'm GIDDY. And now, I will go play with yarn. Wheee!

I've read all the Pyscop stories, including all the short stories at lulu. Thaw is my most favorite! Victor is so real and alive in that story. ^___^

I definitely read the newsletters and look forward to them since signing on. Always hoping to hear about any new releases and any more short stories that become available.

Thanks so much--I like Thaw a lot, too. My whole idea was, "Let's see...I want Victor to be really good at something you'd never guess." I wonder if that's part of why it worked so well. It wasn't predictable. And I so seldom let him be good at anything.

Typically, about 70% of my newsletters get opened, which I think is actually quite good. But it would be unlike me to strive to reach the other 30%!

And oh yea, I know someone who needs to make up for a forgotten birthday!

Sorry, just had to rub that one in!

Damn you, Amazon!

I'll have to try to be patient and wait for the kindle version.

It's not working;)

Patience isn't my strong suit either :D
Looks like the book is up at Amazon already, though the book description hasn't hit yet. I imagine they do periodic uploads of product data and it's in one of those blocks of info.

OK, the paperback is now on Amazon here-
Psycop: Property at Amazon

But it's the print collection of Body & Soul and Secrets, so if you're looking for a kindle of Secrets, it's here:

I have Secrets and Body & Soul on my kindle already;) If I remember, it took a couple of days from when Amazon listed the print version for them to list the kindle version.

I'll just have to do something constructive...like clean the house.

You're making my wallet hate you.

Funny, my wallet likes you ;-)

I hope you enjoy the book!

People don't open your news letter? How can they resist Zero Hour? Which is really awesome btw. Both Property and Partners are high up on my list of books to buy when I can afford them. (Being a student, ordering a book from the U.S is a luxury.) The cover of Property is amazing. It looks exactly like the Vic and Jacob in my head.

I'm so happy you like Zero Hour. There is a handful of people who immediately open my newsletter and rush over to Zero Hour, which is super-gratifying! Zero Hour is the most popular thing in it. I'll have to figure out what to replace it with once the story is done.

Let me know if you're ready to buy and Amazon is going to charge crazy shipping. I've sent you something before and it wasn't too pricy, so I could sell you the books directly and just charge you my actual cost to ship.

Are you back in school yet? Your courseload always reminds me of energy drinks. As in, "I'd totally need energy drinks to sit through that class!" Although, I need energy drinks to make it through Photoshop seminars, and they interest me. I guess I"m not used to paying attention for several hours at a stretch.

I was really pleased with the cover of Property, too. Glad you like it!

There is a handful of people who immediately open my newsletter and rush over to Zero Hour,

I'm one of them. ;) But I go back and read the rest of the letter afterwords. And yes, I'm back in school.

Your courseload always reminds me of energy drinks. As in, "I'd totally need energy drinks to sit through that class!"

Coffee is the only thing that keeps me alive when we have law lectures from 9 to 4...

I'll let you know if Amazon is unreasonable. ;) I haven't bought any books except school books for so long now. But if I get birthday money, I've promised myself that I'll splurge and spend it on books. ;)
