Zero Hour, what comes next?

My newsletter readers really seem to be enjoying the serialized story I'm posting. It'll be coming to a close over the next few months, and I find myself wondering what I should do next.

A new serialized standalone story? What genre?

Standalone flash fictions?

Flash fictions that take place in one of my existing series, Channeling Morpheus or PsyCop?

Let me know what you've always hoped I might write. That slot in my newsletter will be opening up one of these days. (No, I don't know how many chapters are left in Zero Hour. I haven't exactly written the ending quite yet.)

(My newsletter will link to this post to give people a place to put suggestions.)

I like the idea of more psycop shorts- maybe involving a character we don't know fully, like Caroline or Maurice?

My vote is for PsyCop
I'd love to find out more about Crash, there's more to him than meets the eye
Maybe if we found more about the true Crash he wouldn't be getting hate mail ;o)

I prefer longer works, so my vote goes to a new serialized standalone story. I think you can rock any genre.

Would like to add that I would've voted for more PsyCop shorts like everyone else, but I like the frequency that you're putting them out at. Not too often, not too rare. As much as I love the world and all the characters, they're well-rounded the way they are now, and I don't really want each/every secondary character analyzed to bits.

PSYCOPS
I agree. Having "every secondary character analysed to bits is" can be tiresome. I do want to see more of Maurice and Vic get togethers. He seems as close to a father figure as Vic will get. I thought he was great in Criss Cross when he literally came to the rescue but maintained that low key persona. So my vote is for more Vic and Jacob and Friends...not just the Friends.

Greedy as I am, what about pre-PsyCop: Among The Living for Jacob (as we have Camp Hell in our reading future *g*)?

I would love to read flash fictions that take place in either the PsyCop or Channeling Morpheus series. I adore all four of these boys... maybe they could meet. Or maybe not.

A Little of Everything?
I don't ask for much, yea? *LOL*

For longer newsletter works maybe something outside of PsyCop and Morpheus; dont want to burn you out on already great stories. Something that allows your creative juices flow in other directions too.

Flash fiction is great too, but I prefer longer pieces and serials have no ending so keep me coming back for more. *S*

Thank you for your current serial, I enjoy following it.

My first thought was that I'd like more PsyCop short stories. I do like the Channeling Morpheus protagonists, too, though. I like heroes who have some experience with life, and with human nature. As for genre, romance and paranormal are favorites of mine.
