A stunning Payback review

A lot of my readers have only read PsyCop and shy away from Channeling Morpheus because there are vampires in the series--and I gotta say, there are so many derivative done-to-death vampires series out there, I totally get that.

But I've always thought Channeling Morpheus was an exception, because it's more of a character-series than a vampire-series. Cole from Brief Encounters Reviews really digs the things about the story that I do: "From the moment Wild Bill sidles up to Michael at the bar and casually calls him Michael, Michael, Motorcyle, this story just takes off and doesn’t let up. I remember when I read this for the first time, devouring it three times in one sitting because not only did it have the hottest m/m/m menage encounter I’d read, but also such a unique and uncomfortable one."

Come check out the new review, and tune in all week for reviews of the first five books of the series and a new interview with me!

It's a great series and I have to say, I wouldn't have read it if you hadn't written it. I was sick of vampire stories but I trusted you and I was not disappointed. It is a great character driven series and the vampires are unique and non-sparkly.

I know what you mean...I feel like vampires are kind of done-to-death but this is different. Thank you!

Strangely enough, it's not the vampire theme I'm squeamish about, it's the m/m/m menage encounter. Maybe if I sort of closed my eyes during that bit, I'd survive to go on and enjoy the rest? ;-)

It's probably a "skip" for you. The m/m/m happens for the duration of the story.

I actually started with Channelling Morpheus because I'm a vampire junkie. Moved on from that to Psycop because... you wrote it :) Love Michael and Bill to bits. It is unique, different. Always good.

You took the opposite route of most readers!

I really love PsyCops, but Channeling Morpheus absolutely blew me away. Reading the review makes me want to re-read it all over again... Wild Bill is definitely my very favorite vampire :).
And I totally agree with the reviewer about the m/m/m encounter ;)... so unique and different, I just KNEW I had to keep reading.
